Fee Structure
Spiwak & Iezza, LLP has a flexible fee structure and competitive rates. We can provide legal services on a contingency fee basis, an hourly fee basis, a hybrid of the two, or on a flat fee basis.
Most law firms will not assume the risk of handling a matter on a contingency fee basis and therefore will not make this fee option available. However, we are proud to have enough confidence in our collection abilities to present this option to our clients.
