Born and raised in Los Angeles, Megan brings a strong academic background and a deep commitment to client advocacy to her new role. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in History. Megan pursued her Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, graduating in May 2024. While at Pepperdine, she also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Lisa Spiwak, one of the firm’s founding partners, expressed enthusiasm about Megan joining the team. “Our firm views commercial collection litigation as an art, not a science.
